“Web Accessibility Standards Trainings”, Which Are Important for the Realization of Accessible Public Websites, Started

“Accessibility Workshops: Web Accessibility Standards Trainings”, which is one of the important steps for the realization of accessible public websites, which is organized by the Ministry of Family and Social Services, General Directorate of Services for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly, with the aim of making the services offered in the digital field accessible to different groups, especially persons with disabilities, has started.
In order for persons with disabilities to obtain the information presented in the digital field through websites, applications, videos, news, and posters, and this information to be received by different groups, it must be in an accessible format. It is important to ensure that websites and mobile applications, which are among the most important information sources, comply with accessibility standards.
In this context, “Accessibility Workshops: Web Accessibility Standards Trainings” are organized by the General Directorate of Services for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly, with the aim of ensuring the accessibility and usability of information and communication technologies, and especially making the services offered in the digital field accessible in an understandable format.
