Training programs on "Anger Management, Stress Management, Case Management, Corporate Communication and Evidence Based Application" were organized for the professional personnel working in our organizations in coordination with the General Directorate of Disability and Elderly Services and the Department of Social Services of Ankara University.

The quality of the services offered to our disabled and elderly is directly proportional to the professional equipment, knowledge and skills of the service providers. In this context, various trainings are planned in different contents for all our staff working in our organizations.

Since Covid 19 was declared a pandemic in our country, our staff working in our organizations have been working very hard, making a great sacrifice and staying in the organizations where they work 10-15 day shifts separately from their families.

The aim of our training programs is both to improve the knowledge and skills of our staff and to increase the motivations of our employees who are at an intense working pace due to the pandemic.

In this context; Trainings on "Anger Management, Stress Management, Case Management, Corporate Communication and Evidence Based Application" are carried out online between 14.00-15.00 on 01-05 February 2021 for the professional staff working in our organizations in coordination with our General Directorate and Ankara University Department of Social Services.
