Information meetings for accessibility monitoring and auditing commissions established by the General Directorate of Disability and Elderly Services within the governorship in 81 provinces were held on 25 October 2019 and 8 November 2019.

On October 25, 2019, 2 people from each province, including the deputy provincial director and the staff who served inthe secretariat duties of the commission, participated in the first meeting held at the Labour and Social Security Education and Research Center (ÇASGEM).

The opening speech of the first meeting was delivered by General Manager of Disability and Elderly Services. Dr. Orhan KOÇ, the importance of audit activities by emphasizing the number of accessibility certificates issued in the provinces should be increased, he said.
