Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced :"The Ministry has deposited 4.8 billion TL worth of pensions for older persons and persons with disabilities into their accounts in June."

Minister Göktaş made statements regarding pensions for older persons and disability pensions for the month of June, stating that the Ministry deposited approximately 2.7 billion TL of pensions for older persons and approximately 2.1 billion TL of disability pensions to the accounts of their beneficiaries.

Stating that Ministry Göktaş developed inclusive and regular social assistance programs for persons with disabilities and older citizens, Minister Göktaş said, "The Ministry stands by persons with disabilities and older citizens in all areas from education to healthcare, from economy to social life so that citizens with disabilities and older citizens can live independently with their full and effective participation in social life. In this direction, the Ministry has deposited a total of 4.8 billion TL of pension for older persons and pensions for persons with disabilities in their accounts for the month of June."
