Minister of Family and Social Services Derya Yanık announced that the Ministry deposited 2.7 billion TL worth of pension for persons with disabilities and older persons into their accounts in April.

Minister Yanık made statements regarding the pension for persons with disabilities and older persons for April.

Minister Yanık stated that the Ministry paid approximately 1.5 billion TL in pensions for older persons in April and approximately 1.2 billion TL in pensions for persons with disabilities to the accounts of their beneficiaries.

Stating that the Ministry developed inclusive and regular social assistance programs for persons with disabilities and older citizens, Minister Yanık said, "We stand by persons with disabilities and older citizens in all areas from education to health care, from economy to social life for them to live independently with their full and effective participation in social life. We deposited 2.7 billion TL of pensions for persons with disabilities and older persons into the accounts of the beneficiaries in April."
