Fatma ŞAHİN, President of the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye and Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, and Davut GÜL, the Governor of Gaziantep made a series of contacts with the Ministry of Family and Social Services. In this context, Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Fatma ŞAHİN, Governor of Gaziantep Davut GÜL visited the General Directorate of Services for the Persons with Disabilities and Elderly meeting with General Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities and Elderly.

In the meeting; increasing the service capacities of the institutions affiliated to the General Directorate of Services for Persons with Disabilities and Elderly of the Ministry of Family and Social Services in Gaziantep, the plans and projects of our General Directorate for persons with disabilities and elderly citizens in Gaziantep, and sustainable new investment opportunities were discussed.

 Stating that they care about the participation of persons with disabilities and elderly people in social life, Spc. Dr. Orhan KOÇ thanked Mayor of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Fatma ŞAHİN and Governor of Gaziantep Davut GÜL for their sensitivity and support to the organizations. Spc. Dr. Orhan KOÇ also gave information about the projects, activities and services of the General Directorate for the persons with disabilities and the elderly.
