38 Thousand People Downloaded “Aile Destek” Mobile Application


The “Aile Destek” mobile application, which was launched in March by the Ministry of Family and Social Services to facilitate access to social assistance and social services, has been downloaded by a total of 38 thousand 119 people since it was put into service.

The "Aile Destek" mobile application, which brings together social assistance and social services of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, was made available in March. Thanks to the application, citizens can easily access information about social assistance and social services and apply for these services 24/7.

Citizens can see information about the services offered under the title of "Child Services", "Services for Persons with Disabilities" “Services for Older Persons”, “Family Services”, “Services for Women”, “Services for Relatives of Martyrs and Veterans”, “Overseas Services”, “Civil Society Services” and “Education and Publication Services”, terms of use and application channels under the title of social services in the application.

Under the heading of social assistance, those in need who want to benefit from social assistance provided under 49 different titles, such as electricity consumption assistance, natural gas assistance, educational assistance, food assistance, can access the conditions and application channels of the assistance here.

Social assistance and social service applications can be made through e-Government via the "Aile Destek" mobile application, which attracts domestic and international attention. In addition to the application, status/result/payment inquiry services offered through the e-Government gateway can be accessed through direct referral links.

Citizens can also follow the news and announcements from the Ministry thanks to the application.

The mobile application, which provides direct calls to call centres such as ALO 183, ALO 144, which was established by the Ministry to facilitate the access of the public to services, and direct access to the Women’s Emergency Support Application (KADES), has been downloaded by a total of 38 thousand 119 people since its launch.
