Applications can be made between 24 January and 12 February 2020 for the Disabled Public Personnel Selection Exam (EKPSS) to be held on 26 April 2020 and from 28 April to 13 May 2020 for those attending the lottery.

Preliminary ACCEPTANCE and COMMITMENT STATEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FOR the candidates who will take the exam for the first time and the candidates who have entered the 2012 ÖMSS and 2014, 2016 and 2018 EKPSS exams and changed the disability status.
Candidates applying for the exam in 2012 ÖMSS and 2014, 2016 and 2018 EKPSS will renew their registration in ÖSYM application centers in accordance with the information in the 2020 EKPSS guide. They also do not need to obtain a Pre- Acceptance and Commitment Statement Certificate.
All applications with 40% or more Disability Health Board Reports received in accordance with the provisions of "Disability Criteria, Classification and Health Board Reports to Be Given to Disabled Persons" or "Regulation on Disability Assessment for Adults" will be accepted.
Disabled candidates who have trouble with the exam application process can call the ÖSYM call center (444 67 96). For EKPSS on April 26, 2020, planning to move the candidates with disabilities to the exam center; the contact information of the candidates requesting help moving to the exam center must be obtained.
