People with disabilities benefit from education in official educational institutions/schools or private educational institutions/schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Accordingly, special education services provided to individuals who need special education;

In classrooms where integration training is applied in preschool, primary, secondary, and common educational institutions (education provided part-time in full-time or special education classes with peers by providing support education services to individuals with special educational needs to ensure that individuals with special educational needs interact with other individuals of all types and levels and achieve their educational purposes at the highest level),
• It is provided in special education and rehabilitation centers opened by real or legal persons.
To benefit from special education services, it is necessary to apply to the Guidance Research Center (RAM) affiliated with the MEB in the district of residence and to make educational diagnostics of the individual.
The first reference to educational evaluation and diagnosis of individuals; by the school board, parent, or individual over 18 years of age without mental disabilities; For individuals who benefit from the maintenance and housing services in official institutions, RAM is done by the personnel that the institution will assign with the official writing.
Work and procedures related to educational evaluation and diagnostics of individuals are carried out by the special education evaluation board established in RAM.
Educational evaluation and diagnosis Are all applications carried out in guidance research centers with objective, standardized tests, and measurement tools following the characteristics of the disabled individual to evaluate the characteristics of the individual in the field of development and their competence in the fields of academic discipline.
For educational evaluation and diagnostics;
a) Written request of the individual, guardian, or school administration,
b) Foster care certificate for applications for individuals staying in foster care,
c) Educational Evaluation Request Form for students enrolled in the school,
d) COZGER when necessary for applications to be directed to the appropriate educational environment for the individual,
e) COZGER in applications to receive support education services in institutions offering services within the scope of the Law on Private Education Institutions,
f) End of Term Individual Performance Evaluation Form to be issued to the relevant institution in applications for renewal of the reports of individuals receiving support training services in institutions offering services within the scope of the Law on Private Education Institutions.
With the "complete" filled "health board report for disabled persons" obtained from the hospitals authorized to provide COZGER, an application should be made to the Guidance Research Centers located in the district of residence.
Individuals with special educational needs are provided with special training support to realize the objectives of the training programs that they continue in educational environments of all types and levels. For this purpose, individual and group training opportunities are provided.
The part of the payment for special education services benefited by all disabled individuals identified by the "Special Education Evaluation Board" in which it needs special education is met by the Ministry of National Education. This amount is paid by the Ministry of National Education to the institution that provides special education services.
Family education is an education that includes "guidance and counseling" services to contribute to the education of the disabled individual at all levels of education.
Family education services, guidance and research centers, special education schools, and institutions are prepared and carried out by schools with integration practices. If necessary, this service can also be carried out in homes.
Necessary physical arrangements are made for students with disabilities who take the university exam. Exam venues arranged following orthopedic and visually impaired people are prepared, additional exam period of 30 minutes is given for the visually impaired and the underseed, and the opportunity to take the exam with the appropriately trained and properly dictional "assistant companion" who will read the exam questions and write the answers to be said is given.
Students with successful and needy disabilities are primarily allocated tuition loans, contribution credits, and dormitories by the Higher Education Loan and Dormitories Institution. In universities, the "Disability Counseling and Coordination Unit" has been established to take the necessary measures to facilitate the learning lives of students and to make arrangements in this direction.
