That program, which was prepared in order to ensure the proper psychosocial, cognitive and emotional development of the children under institutional care within the scope of the Presidential Second 100-Day Action Program, has been implemented in 12 selected provinces. The Program, which aims to prepare children under protection and care as strong individuals in all aspects and to restructure their time in a qualified manner, is the first structured program that includes all children under protection and has continuity. In order to implement and expand the program, trainings have been provided to the central and provincial personnel of the Ministry in three terms.
