In order to establish mentorship relationship between young people under protection and care in our institutions in 81 provinces, and young people, who leave our institutions, have similar life experiences, work in the public or private sector, can be a role model with their successful manners in their fields, are exemplified in the society, and also between non-governmental organizations and children, within the scope of volunteering activities in 12 provinces, within the framework of cooperation with non-governmental organizations, by encouraging the participation of children aged 15 and over, who benefit from our Ministry’s service models, in volunteering activities, an action plan has been prepared and implemented.

The identification of the youth, who leave the institutional care and could serve as a model, has continued. Meetings have been held with guide and institution personel.
