Within the scope of the Presidency II. 100-Day Action Program, mobile social service units have been established with social workers to identify children at risk who need social service intervention.

Mobile Social Service Units are matched with the schools located in the disadvantaged areas of the city. Activities on the detection and intervention for children with school absenteeism and at risk of being neglected, abused, dragged into crime etc. are conducted.
