The field monitoring, evaluation and guidance activities, which were launched in 2017 in order to determine the needs for services in the field of children on site, to guide the personnel and to develop suggestions for new studies, continued in 2018.

In 2018, the second field study was carried out for the services carried out in the field of children by 81 Provincial Directorates.

Professional personnel have been guided and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In line with the observations and detections in the provinces, focus group meetings have been held with provincial administrators and responsible personnel. Investigation of problematic fields identified in 2017 and forwarded to the Provincial Directorates with the field monitoring activities, has been made on site. On-site guidance has been provided to personnel in monitoring and resolving problematic fields. An awareness has been raised on our Ministry's policy priorities. A contribution has been made to increase the coordination between the center and its provincial units. Service planning and decision making for provinces have been contributed. Field monitoring and evaluation reports have been prepared on a provincial basis. Instruction letters have been sent to the Provincial Directorates regarding the issues identified and to be intervened.

Third term field studies have been initiated for on-site investigation and monitoring of the problematic fields identified and forwarded to the Provincial Directorates in the first and second field studies carried out in 2017 and 2018.
