Within the scope of Complimentary Care Service developed as a protective and preventive service model, disadvantaged groups are provided to benefit from private kindergartens and day care centers and children's clubs complimentarily.

With the “Complimentary Care Service”, it also enables children to live within their families in economic shortcomings without being taken under protection, and the participation of families in the working life with vocational training courses by supporting the care of the children.
