Children with protection or care order in accordance with Law No. 2828 or Law No. 5395 on Child Protection, benefiting from social service models offered by our Ministry for a period not less than two years including noncontinuous period of utilization and keep benefiting from these services after full legal age are employed in public institutions and organizations.

With the legal arrangement, those who were employed in public in the previous years but could not be assigned to their positions according to their educational status, have been given the opportunity to be appointed to positions suitable for their educational status in accordance with the positions and needs of the institutions and our youth have been encouraged to enter the university.

With the amendment to the Law on the right of employment of our youth, the duration related to application of right ownership has been increased from 2 years to 5 years.
