Deputy Director General of Child Services

He was born in Kilis in 1969. He completed his primary education in Gaziantep İslahiye, secondary education in Gaziantep Mehmet Akif Ersoy Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, and his higher education at the Department of Social Services of Hacettepe University in 1991. He worked in administrative positions such as Institution Director, Provincial Deputy Director and Provincial Director in units affiliated to Social Services and Child Protection Institution.

Participating in the establishment of the Total Quality System and being an internal auditor, BİLİR served as a member of the Prison and Detention Houses Monitoring Board in Sinop and as a guest lecturer at Health Vocational School of 19 Mayıs University in Sinop.

Finally, he worked as the Head of Department in the Directorate General of Child Services in the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services.

He is the Deputy Director General of the Directorate General of Child Services at the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services.

He is married with two children.
